Putting Your Healthcare Needs First ![]() Name one thing in life that is more important than the health of you and your loved ones. If you are frustrated with the way you are pushed through our healthcare system, you’re not alone. Six in 10 Americans rate the health care system as “fair” (28 percent) or “poor” (31 percent), according to the 2006 Health Confidence Survey conducted by the Employee Benefit Research Institute (EBRI). Additionally, the percentage of people rating the system as “poor” has doubled since the annual survey started in 1998. At Santé, our physicians aren’t playing “Beat the Clock” with your well being. We take the time to listen to your concerns and create the best plan to meet your needs and maximize your health. New patients can expect to spend 2 to 3 hours with us for a first visit, while follow-up appointments typically range from 30 to 60 minutes – depending on the nature of your visit. If your illness requires local hospitalization for cardiovascular issues, your physician will coordinate care with your in-patient team and make hospital visits as frequently as needed to provide optimal care. Your doctor will visit you each day, monitor your status, confer with your medical team, and recommend additional treatments as necessary. In many instances your Santé team will personally perform these additional treatments. If you require emergency attention, your Santé physician will coordinate services with the hospital to expedite admission and treatment. |
