Consultations and Continuing Care  Cardiovascular consultations are available on an individualized basis at a rate of $400/hour. For those with existing complex cardiac issues, a program of personalized continuing cardiovascular care can be established after initial consultation. The cost for continuing care will be determined and assessed yearly. |
