Travel Access: Complimentary

When traveling, being able to call your doctor when you are sick can make a big difference. Santé can help evaluate your problem, phone in prescriptions and arrange a follow-up office visit upon your return. In the event of a life-threatening emergency while you are away, please call 911 first – and then call your Santé physician. We will be in touch with medical personnel in your location and coordinate your care needs.

For “urgent care” situations that don’t require emergency attention, please call Santé first, day or night, and we will address your needs directly. Prescriptions, with few exceptions, can be ordered for you anywhere in the United States. Santé will ensure you receive the right medication and medical care continuity as we consult with physicians in your area. 
Santé's Travel Access Plan is a complimentary service for all clients enrolled in our échelon Primaire, Secondaire, or Tertiaire Plans.
